Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Shiba Cub (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Helmut Heuer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shiba Cub has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Heuer.
Cub swinging wildly here.
Cub throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Heuer counter with a right hand.
Cub digs a good hook to Heuer's body.
Heuer fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cub, pushing him back against the ropes.
Heuer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Heuer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Cub moves forwards but Heuer connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Cub closes the distance looking to clinch
and Heuer counters with an outside leg kick.
Heuer moves into range and clinches up with Cub.
Heuer manages to break the clinch.

Cub stalks Heuer and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Heuer's face. Heuer staggers backwards, shaken.

Heuer fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Cub has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Heuer has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Cub.
