Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Liam Colt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uki Goshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Liam Colt! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Uki Goshi! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goshi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Goshi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Colt sprawls well initially but Goshi persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Colt looks like he's trying to stand up.
Colt is pressing down on Goshi's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Goshi stands and throws Colt's legs to the side, diving into side control. Colt is looking for a sweep. Goshi tries to advance to mount but can't. Goshi stands up and beckons Colt to his feet. Colt misses with a takedown attempt and Goshi counters with a good low kick that Colt was not able to check. Goshi closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Colt to the mat! Colt manages to get full guard. Goshi passes Colt's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Goshi wants to take a breather but Colt is having none of it. Colt manages to get to full guard.
Goshi wants to pass the guard but Colt is keeping the position. Colt keeping moving, preventing Goshi from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goshi trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Goshi tries to stand but Colt is controlling from the bottom. Colt has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Goshi should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Colt has tightened it up now! Goshi should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Liam Colt! Liam Colt retains his featherweight title!
