Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vasara Hai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdul Mohammed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mohammed has chosen M.I.A - Paper Planes as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mohammed shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Mohammed postures up in Hai's guard and throws a big left but Hai blocks it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hai looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mohammed is one step ahead there.

Vasara Hai has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Mohammed takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Hai throws a lazy right hand but Mohammed sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mohammed lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hai has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hai and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

A bone on bone clash there as Hai blocks the leg kick.

Mohammed tries to bum rush Hai with a series of wild strikes but Hai uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hai is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

We're going to have a standup here because Vasara Hai wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Hai stuns Mohammed with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Mohammed avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hai scores with a crisp jab that stopped Mohammed in his tracks.
Mohammed throws a jab but it's blocked by Hai.
Hai bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Mohammed's head.
Mohammed misses with a hook. Hai ducked under it nicely.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hai just misses with a punch to the body.

Mohammed shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hai is trying to defend but Mohammed finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Hai is pressing down on Mohammed's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Hai has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Mohammed is looking to work some ground and pound but Hai has wrist control.

Mohammed lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Hai tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mohammed sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hai somewhat.

Mohammed catches Hai with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Mohammed content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Hai has locked up a guillotine! Hai's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Mohammed is holding on here and Hai must be using up a lot of energy. Mohammed has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Hai gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Vasara Hai bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
