Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Ryder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aram Chivitchian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jack Ryder has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jack Ryder seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Ryder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aram Chivitchian! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryder lands a two punch combo.
Chivitchian tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Ryder counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Ryder in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ryder missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Chivitchian wants to stand and escape but Ryder is having none of it. Ryder lands a couple of digs. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chivitchian working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ryder. Chivitchian can't keep his opponent in guard - Ryder advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Ryder is trying for a kimura here. Chivitchian looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Ryder wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jack Ryder! An out of breath Jack Ryder thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
