Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Herman Pacquiao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Reinhardt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Victor Reinhardt told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

35 - 17 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Victor Reinhardt!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decent striking displayed by Reinhardt there.
A good leg kick by Reinhardt.
Reinhardt takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Reinhardt lands a nice shot to the body.
Reinhardt misses with an uppercut.
Reinhardt throws a looping overhand right but Pacquiao ducks down to avoid it.
Both fighters circling a little - Reinhardt finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Reinhardt lets loose with a powerful body kick. Pacquiao will feel that in the morning.
Reinhardt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The fighters circling - Reinhardt throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Pacquiao throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A left lands for Reinhardt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Reinhardt will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Pacquiao tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Reinhardt paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Reinhardt closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Pacquiao quickly recovers to half guard.

Reinhardt is trying to control. Pacquiao wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Pacquiao wants to control but Reinhardt is keeping busy.
Reinhardt thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Reinhardt lands a nice short elbow.

Reinhardt wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pacquiao keeps working.

Reinhardt connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Pacquiao some visible discomfort.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pacquiao takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Reinhardt is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Pacquiao will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Reinhardt creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
