Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Blah Blah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Marr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marr has chosen Falls as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Blah Blah! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Marr! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blah shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Marr as he avoids it easily. Marr will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Joe Marr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blah throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Marr. Marr connects with a good right hand that stumbles Blah. Blah circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Marr scores with a push kick. Marr misses the jab. Marr lands a jab-cross combination. Marr keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Marr throws a series of punches but Blah avoids them all with ease. Marr fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Blah. Marr cracks the inside of Blah's front leg. Blah is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Blah blocks a head kick by Marr.
Blah shoots in for a takedown but Marr shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Blah Blah. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marr lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Blah shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Marr but Marr pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marr tries to clinch there but Blah circles away.
Marr throws a series of punches but Blah moves out of range. Marr misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Marr, right into the meat.
Marr darts in and clinches Blah up against the cage. Marr lands a right hand. Marr looking to throw knees to the head but Blah is blocking nicely.

Blah tries to pull guard but Marr won't allow it.

Blah has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Marr is trying to keep an underhook but Blah manages to get the takedown into half guard. Blah is trying to work for a kimura but Marr is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blah lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Blah is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Blah seems to be working for a kimura but Marr defends the submission attempt. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Blah wants to advance to full mount but Marr doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Blah cracks Marr with a solid left hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blah passes Marr's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Blah thows a huge punch but Marr dodges it nicely.
Blah is pressing down on Marr's thigh, looking to free his foot. Marr is holding on for now. Blah looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Marr tries to roll over but Blah keeps him under control. Marr avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Blah.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Blah not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Marr tries to get to full guard but Blah has control of the leg. Blah trying to advance position but Marr counters by regaining guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Marr attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Marr closes the distance and clinches. Blah has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Marr is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Marr lands a nice knee to the body. Blah tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Marr unloads a knee to the mid-section. Blah lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. A knee to the head by Marr.
Marr lands a damaging elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Marr dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Blah tries to bum rush Marr with a series of wild strikes but Marr uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Marr throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Marr works over Blah's head and body with a nice combination. Marr throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Blah sees it coming and avoids it easily. Marr lands a jab to the nose. Marr moves into the clinch. Marr scores a nice knee to the body.
Blah tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Marr smiles and moves away.
Marr looks to land a combination but Blah avoids it well. Marr tries a head kick but it misses.
Blah uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Marr. Marr is breathing heavily. Marr misses with a hook. Blah ducked under it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marr pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Marr misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Blah Blah is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice takedown defense from Marr. No joy for Blah on that attempt. A head kick misses from Marr. Blah shoots for a double leg takedown but Marr sprawls well. He's pushed Blah's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Blah Blah. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marr stuffs the takedown attempt from Blah. Blah gets slowly back to his feet. Blah shoots in for a takedown but Marr shows good takedown defense. Marr closes the distance and clinches. Marr with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Blah takes a knee right on the jaw!
Blah tries to pull guard but Marr won't allow it.

Blah has hold of one of Marr's legs. Marr is fighting the takedown attempt but Blah gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blah missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Blah cracks Marr with a solid left hand. Blah tries to free his leg and advance position but Marr is retaining full guard. Blah is looking to work some ground and pound but Marr has wrist control. Blah trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Marr is looking for a triangle but Blah pushes his legs off easily.
Blah throws a strike but Marr rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Blah working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Marr has passed into half guard!
Blah is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Marr's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Marr's back!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blah punches the canvas rather than the man. Blah is looking for the choke from the back position but Marr is controlling his hands well. Marr breaks Blah's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Blah keeping moving, preventing Marr from controlling successfully. Blah is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Blah missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Blah throwing shots but Marr is blocking nicely. Blah wants to pass to mount but Marr is defending the position. Marr is controlling Blah's trapped leg to prevent Blah from advancing to side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Blah trying to pass the guard but Marr defending well. Blah thows a huge punch but Marr dodges it nicely.
Marr wants to improve his position but Blah is controlling well.
Blah is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Marr throws a head kick that misses. A head kick misses from Marr. Marr throws a head kick that misses. Blah shoots in but no luck this time. Marr throws a sloppy head kick and Blah moves out of range easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Joe Marr will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Blah gets a takedown into half guard. Marr is trying to maintain the position but Blah is very close to passing his half guard. Marr is in trouble now - Blah has advanced to mount! A nice elbow there by Blah. Blah has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Blah breaks from Marr's wrist control and lands an elbow. Marr is bucking up trying to escape but Blah cracks him with another couple of good strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Blah looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Marr takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Blah scores with a couple of good head shots there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blah is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Marr has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Blah landing strikes from the mount. Marr really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Blah. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Marr is looking to improve his position but Blah isn't that keen on the idea. Blah scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Blah lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Marr hang on? Blah dominating with strikes here. Marr keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Marr wants to control but Blah is having none of it. Blah thowing shots but they're missing. Marr prevents any damage by holding on tight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blah punching from mount but Marr doing a good job of avoiding damage. Blah avoids the attempt from Marr to control. Blah is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Marr has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Marr! Marr trying to control the position from guard on top but Blah is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Marr won't allow Blah to sweep him here. Blah lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Marr! Blah looking to finish Marr with some ground and pound. This is bad for Marr!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Blah has hold of Marr's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Marr manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Marr is wriggling around trying to escape.
Blah lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

And that's the end of the fight! Blah Blah showed his dominance in that final round. I think Marr has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
