Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ben Dingdown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keast Kann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dingdown's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Baggy Trousers. Ben Dingdown could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Keast Kann's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
25 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ben Dingdown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 16 - 1, fighting out of London, Keast Kann! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kann throws a hook but Dingdown avoids it easily. Dingdown will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dingdown takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kann on the wrong end of a nice hook. Dingdown swings for the body but Kann moves out of range.
Kann lands with a straight right. Dingdown didn't see that one coming. A left and a right from Kann both land. Nice combination. Kann misses with a wild combination.
Kann scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Dingdown slips a jab and a cross from Kann.

Kann lands with a hook. Dingdown tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Kann pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kann looks to land a left hand but Dingdown moved out of range nicely. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kann defending well as Dingdown loads up on a big left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kann swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kann throws a looping overhand right but Dingdown ducks down to avoid it. Kann rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dingdown moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kann throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Dingdown takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. A jab from Kann finds it's way through Dingdown's defenses. Kann takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Dingdown fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kann manages to avoid it. Dingdown throws a right and a left that both miss. Kann throws a nice looking combination but Dingdown bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kann looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Kann misses with a straight left. The fighters circling - Dingdown throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Kann moves out of range as Dingdown throws a body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dingdown throws a right hand that Kann ducks under and follows up with a left that Kann also avoids with ease. Kann shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Dingdown manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kann won't allow Dingdown to sweep him here. Dingdown manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kann manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kann postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Kann throws a big right hand that misses. Kann has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kann with a flurry of punches that miss. Kann lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Kann scoring with punches to the head and body. Dingdown is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Kann working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kann trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kann landing with the ground and pound. Kann trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kann with a flurry of punches that miss. Dingdown wants to sweep but no luck. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kann's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dingdown wants to stand but Kann is controlling the position. Kann loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kann in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Kann working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Keast Kann dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Kann gets a takedown into half guard. Keast Kann has got the better of the ground game so far. Dingdown avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kann. Kann sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Dingdown defending well though. Kann is nestled in close to Dingdown, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Dingdown wants to get back to his feet. Dingdown is trying to get back to full guard. Dingdown is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kann's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kann's back! Kann rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Kann is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Kann is looking to get back to full guard here but Dingdown has managed to pass to side control instead. Dingdown is looking to take a break and control but Kann is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kann sneaks back into half guard. Kann is trying to get back to full guard. Dingdown working Kann over with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kann wants to get back to full guard. Dingdown looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Dingdown tries to stand and escape but Kann is controlling the position. Dingdown wants to pass to mount but Kann is defending the position. Dingdown thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kann's head. Dingdown lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dingdown prevents Kann from improving his position. Dingdown tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Dingdown is nestled in close to Kann, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kann is staying active underneath Dingdown, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Dingdown throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Kann to regain full guard. Kann looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dingdown is one step ahead there. Kann is looking for a triangle but Dingdown pushes his legs off easily.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kann is looking to work some ground and pound but Dingdown has wrist control. Kann prevents Dingdown from getting back to his feet. Dingdown wants to sweep but no luck. Kann looking to pass the guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kann trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Keast Kann showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Kann dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Dingdown showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kann.
Kann closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dingdown circles away. Kann tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dingdown was well out of range. Poor timing from Kann. Dingdown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kann moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dingdown got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kann has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dingdown has managed to get both his arms back between Kann's legs - danger averted.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dingdown postures up in Kann's guard and throws a big left but Kann blocks it. Kann is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Dingdown wants to control but Kann is keeping busy and won't allow it. Kann is nestled in close to Dingdown, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Kann sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Dingdown defending well though. Dingdown works his way to full guard. Good work. Dingdown avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Kann postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Kann throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dingdown works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kann won't allow Dingdown to get back to his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dingdown striking off his back but it's not causing Kann any problems. Kann throws a big right hand that misses. Kann lands a couple of digs. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dingdown working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kann. Kann stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dingdown swivels though and keeps the full guard. Dingdown preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dingdown utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Kann throwing strikes from guard but Dingdown blocks nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Keast Kann comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kann has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
