Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Willomen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grant Haselwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haselwood tries to clinch but Willomen moves away
and Willomen counters with a nice double leg into side control. Haselwood won't be happy with that.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Willomen misses with the ground and pound.
Haselwood wants to get back to his feet but Willomen drags him back down.
Haselwood regains half guard there - taking advantage of Willomen's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Haselwood is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Willomen's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Willomen's back!
Can Willomen hold on?! Haselwood is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Willomen breaks Haselwood's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Willomen is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Willomen slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Willomen seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Willomen keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Haselwood's head.
Willomen wants to control from the top but Haselwood keeps moving.
Haselwood has momentary wrist control but Willomen slips an elbow through the middle.
Willomen stands up over Haselwood, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Willomen controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Willomen tries to free his leg and advance position but Haselwood is retaining full guard.
Willomen wants to control from the top but Haselwood keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Dan Willomen.

and Willomen counters with a single leg into guard. Haselwood didn't expect that.

Haselwood misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Haselwood looks to land a body kick but Willomen moved away.
Willomen shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Willomen showed some decent athleticism there.
Willomen is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Willomen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Haselwood's face.

Willomen lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
