Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Odin Raveneye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Robson Silva!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Raveneye tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Raveneye to the ground. Raveneye escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Silva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Silva shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Raveneye as he jumps to the side.
Odin Raveneye has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robson Silva.

and Raveneye counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Silva connects with a nice short shot to Raveneye's temple.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Silva goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Raveneye has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Silva but great work by Raveneye.
