Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randall Swain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Swain might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Boston - More Than a Feeling. Silva is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Burn it Down. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ricardo Silva!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Swain counters with a series of strikes. Silva will be more careful next time no doubt.
Silva misses with a wild combination.
Swain showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Silva.
Silva stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Swain.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Some wild striking there from Silva.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Swain to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Ricardo Silva has been cut.
Swain shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Silva defends it nicely.
Silva swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Swain counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Swain.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva wants to stand and escape. He's got his foot on Swain's hips, looking to push off. But Swain grabs a hold of the leg and drops back for an ankle lock! It's hard to tell if he's got it. Both fighters look composed - OH, not anymore they don't! Silva screams like a kid who's trapped his fingers in the car door and taps out! Yikes, that must have hurt - hopefully it's not snapped anything!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Heel Hook). Randall Swain!
