The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Bear fails in his attempt to clinch.
Gonzalez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bear paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gonzalez looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

It looks like John Bear has been cut.
Bear drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Gonzalez gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Gonzalez working the clinch nicely. Bear is working for position but Gonzalez cracks him with a big knee to the head! Bear crumples up against the cage and Gonzalez lands two more shots before the ref can save Bear! This one is all over!
