Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Illias Stefano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Stiglitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stiglitz is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ecstasy of Gold. On his way into the cage it seems that Illias Stefano has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Illias Stefano seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Illias Stefano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hugo Stiglitz!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stefano tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stiglitz was well out of range. Poor timing from Stefano.
Stiglitz shoots in but Stefano avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Stefano throws a right hand that misses
and Stiglitz counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Stefano clinches with his opponent.
Stiglitz jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stefano walks away with a smile on his face. Stiglitz gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Stefano gets a takedown into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Stefano perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Stiglitz is looking to improve his position.
Stiglitz is looking to control Stefano's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Stiglitz avoid being mounted?
Stiglitz has hold of Stefano's hands but Stefano slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Stefano connects with a nice short shot to Stiglitz's temple.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Stefano is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Stiglitz doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Stefano.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stefano prevents Stiglitz from improving his position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stefano slips a nice elbow through Stiglitz's hands, connecting with Stiglitz's forehead.
Stefano is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Stefano lands with some strikes.
Stiglitz working to try and regain half guard.
Stefano raining down shots from the mount!
Stefano unloading with bombs!
Stiglitz is rocked!
Stefano is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Stiglitz goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Stefano!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Illias Stefano!
