Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryou Misaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Valentine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valentine has chosen I Buy the Drugs as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Valentine tries to close the distance and clinch up but Misaki swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Misaki moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Misaki creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Valentine's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

That was a close round but I would say that Ryou Misaki will probably get the nod.

Valentine throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Misaki shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Valentine is looking to improve his position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Misaki connects with a nice short shot to Valentine's temple.
Misaki uses his free foot to push down on Valentine's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Valentine.
