Connan Mandlei will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mandlei has his takedown stuffed
and Bannnon counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mandlei won't be happy with that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Bannnon is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Mandlei looks calm but he's in trouble here. Bannnon gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Mandlei is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Bannnon lets go of the hold and Mandlei can pop his arm back in it's socket.
