The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

LIMA stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Nelson.

LIMA sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

LIMA closes the distance and clinches up with Nelson, looking for a takedown. LIMA pushes Nelson against the cage but Nelson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Horrible takedown by Nelson or perhaps it was just good defense by LIMA which made him look bad.

Well Nelson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
