Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Popek Monster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ziggy Stardust (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monster throws a jab when Stardust was well out of range.

Stardust scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Stardust not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Stardust not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Monster knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stardust on the ground.

Monster makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Stardust lands a really nice looking cross but Monster seems unphased.

Monster misses with a series of wild punches.
Monster uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Stardust.

Stardust takes the fight into the clinch.

Stardust gets control of Monster's arms and successfully pulls guard. Stardust will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stardust working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Monster doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Stardust is tightening it up a little... Monster has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Monster reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Monster taps out! Nice BJJ there by Stardust!
