Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gim Ruut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruut comes into the arena with Immigrant Song - Led Zeppelin blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez misses with a straight left.

Ruut closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Gim Ruut decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
