Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paul Lincoln! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Bradford Whitley! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Whitley with a jab. Lincoln wants to clinch up but Whitley keeps it at a distance. Lincoln ducks under a wild hook from Whitley. Whitley loads up on a big right hand but Lincoln slips the punch. Lincoln is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Whitley throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Whitley lands a body shot.
Whitley slips a jab and a cross from Lincoln.
Whitley circles away from the clinch attempt.
A solid leg kick lands there for Whitley.
Lincoln misses with a double jab
and Whitley counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lincoln throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Whitley misses with a left hand and Lincoln counters with a left and a right that stings Whitley. Whitley throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Whitley avoids the head kick by Lincoln.
Lincoln takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Paul Lincoln has been cut. Lincoln throws a series of punches but Whitley avoids them all with ease. Whitley avoids a punch combination nicely.
Whitley clinches up with Lincoln and pushes him back against the cage. Nice body punch from Whitley - that landed with a thud.
Whitley lands with a left to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Whitley missing with knees to the body.
Lincoln wants to break the clinch but can't.
Whitley lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Lincoln backwards. Lincoln tries to throw a body punch but Whitley avoids it by throwing Lincoln back against the cage. Whitley can't find room to land a body shot as Lincoln controls the action.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Whitley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Whitley misses with an uppercut. Lincoln saw that one coming. Whitley connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Lincoln momentarily.
Lincoln misses with a combination
and Whitley counters with a left to the body. Whitley throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lincoln stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Whitley keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Lincoln rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Whitley moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Whitley rushes Lincoln and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Whitley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Whitley ducks right into an uppercut from Lincoln. Lincoln takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Whitley bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Lincoln moves in looking to clinch but Whitley pushes him off. Whitley throws a leg kick that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Whitley misses with a few strikes there.
A nice leg kick lands there from Whitley. Lincoln tries to clinch but Whitley moves out of range. A jab from Whitley misses. Whitley fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lincoln manages to avoid it. Whitley misses with an uppercut. Lincoln closes the distance but Whitley moves to the side enabling Whitley to counter with a crisp jab. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lincoln misses with a double jab.
Lincoln tries to bum rush Whitley with a series of wild strikes but Whitley uses good footwork to avoid the assault. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bradford Whitley dominated that round. The cut man is working on Paul Lincoln's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Lincoln tries to clinch up. Lincoln tries to clinch but Whitley is having none of it. Lincoln doesn't manage to clinch there - Whitley circles away.
Bradford Whitley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fight stays on the outside here - Lincoln looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Lincoln throws a sloppy head kick and Whitley moves out of range easily. Whitley tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lincoln was well out of range. Poor timing from Whitley. Whitley lands with a kick to the ribs.
Lincoln takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Lincoln ducks right into an uppercut from Whitley. Whitley throws a jab when Lincoln was well out of range.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Whitley. Lincoln stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Whitley. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lincoln tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Whitley manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Whitley throws a combination. Lincoln tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Whitley digs a good hook to Lincoln's body.
Lincoln tries to clinch but Whitley is having none of it. Whitley throws a head kick that misses. Whitley swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Lincoln. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lincoln is looking to clinch but Whitley is avoiding it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Whitley swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Whitley feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Lincoln's calf. Lincoln slips a straight right by Whitley. Whitley fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lincoln. Whitley jabs Lincoln to the body, keeping him at a distance. Whitley connects with a leg kick. Lincoln looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Whitley throws a big shot that misses. Whitley lands a jab to the head.
Whitley lands with a kick to the temple. Lincoln shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Whitley fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lincoln.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Whitley gets a clinch. Whitley prevents Lincoln from breaking the clinch. Whitley lands a shoulder strike. Whitley lands a body punch in the clinch. Lincoln tries to break the clinch but Whitley is controlling the position. Whitley lands an elbow inside. Lincoln is trying to push Whitley away but Whitley has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Whitley landing knees to the head.
Whitley throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Lincoln blocks it with crossed arms. Lincoln looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Whitley being controlled against the cage. Whitley lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Whitley putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Lincoln in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Whitley presses Lincoln against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Whitley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A head kick from Whitley lands but Lincoln takes it in his stride. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Whitley lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Whitley chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Lincoln will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bradford Whitley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Paul Lincoln's cut. That's time! Lincoln's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Whitley lands an elbow inside. Still in the clinch, Whitley scores with a nice short uppercut. Lincoln is trying to break the clinch but Whitley has him pressed against the cage. Whitley landing knees to the head.
Lincoln is rocked! Whitley lands a hook to the side of the head. Oh Lincoln is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A knee to the head by Whitley.
Whitley lands a nice knee to the body. Whitley breaks the clinch.
Lincoln is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Lincoln is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Whitley moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bradford Whitley!
