Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Stephen Hawking (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rmarkas Fletcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawking comes to the cage accompanied by One Winged Angel by The Black Mages. Fletcher has chosen Keep on Lovin Me Baby by Colin James as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 29 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Stephen Hawking!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 18 - 0, fighting out of London, Rmarkas Fletcher!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fletcher looks for a takedown but Hawking sprawls well.
Fletcher scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Fletcher fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Fletcher is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hawking.
Hawking wants to clinch

and Fletcher counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Hawking looking for a sweep. Not yet Hawking, not yet.
Fletcher loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Hawking wants to sweep but no luck.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hawking avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Hawking wants to sweep here but Fletcher controlling him for the moment.
Fletcher trying to control the position from guard on top but Hawking is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Fletcher is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Hawking looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fletcher is one step ahead there.
Fletcher advances to half guard.

Fletcher wants to work for an arm triangle but Hawking is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Hawking is looking to get back to full guard here but Fletcher has managed to pass to side control instead.
Fletcher cracks Hawking with an elbow. That is naaassty.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hawking managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Fletcher.
Hawking tries to improve position but can't.
The strikes coming from Fletcher are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Hawking is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Fletcher off and has taken his back!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hawking doesn't have the hooks in and Fletcher manages to turn into his guard.
Fletcher won't allow Hawking to sweep him here.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fletcher is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Fletcher works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Fletcher misses with a head shot. Hawking uses the momentum to regain guard.
Hawking keeping moving, preventing Fletcher from controlling successfully.
Hawking is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fletcher makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Fletcher.
Hawking is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Fletcher has momentary wrist control but Hawking slips an elbow through the middle.

Hawking passes Fletcher's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hawking looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fletcher with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Hawking slips a nice elbow through Fletcher's hands, connecting with Fletcher's forehead.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fletcher is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hawking's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hawking's back!

Fletcher is hanging on to Hawking's back as he tries to escape.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fletcher lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Fletcher's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rmarkas Fletcher dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Fletcher fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Fletcher closes the distance and clinches up with Hawking, looking for a takedown. Fletcher pushes Hawking against the cage but Hawking circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Fletcher counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fletcher shoots in for a takedown but Hawking shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Stephen Hawking has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rmarkas Fletcher.

Fletcher on the wrong end of some ground and pound.


Fletcher is rocked!
Fletcher has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Fletcher is looking for a sweep.
Fletcher is still in real trouble! Can Hawking finish him?
Hawking scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Fletcher is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Hawking can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stephen Hawking!
Post fight, Stephen Hawking stared into the camera and said 'I am the best lookin, smartest and baddest man on this planet !!! NO ONE CAN DEFEAT ME !!! '.
