Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jon Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eli Bernstein! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bernstein drives through with a takedown into guard. Bernstein works a leg free and moves into half guard. Bernstein is pressing down on Johnson's thigh, looking to free his foot. Johnson is holding on for now. Bernstein looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bernstein passes the guard and advances to mount! Bernstein sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Bernstein lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Johnson hang on?
That's one minute gone in the round. Bernstein wants to control the pace but Johnson is squirming around nicely. BOOM! Bernstein connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Bernstein postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Johnson out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Bernstein goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!

Eli Bernstein decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
