Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pendragon throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Raul Hughes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pendragon closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hughes to the mat! Hughes manages to get full guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Pendragon wants to control from the top but Hughes keeps moving.
Hughes looking for a guillotine here but Pendragon defends easily.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Hughes decides to stand up, so the ref orders Pendragon to his feet.

Pendragon bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hughes leaves Pendragon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Well Pendragon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
