Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kresimi Horvatic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Bruce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Bruce Bruce enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Skip Squint and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horvatic clinches up against the cage.

Horvatic looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bruce is fending him off so far but Horvatic persists. Nope, Bruce circles away and we're back to standing.

Horvatic fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bruce sprawls well initially but Horvatic persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Horvatic seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Bruce for as long as he can get away with.
Horvatic winds up and cracks Bruce with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Well, if Horvatic is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Horvatic's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bruce can do anything to dispel that myth.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Kresimi Horvatic just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Horvatic tries to bum rush Bruce with a series of wild strikes but Bruce uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Horvatic misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bruce has managed to clinch.
The is referee keeping an eye on Bruce - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Horvatic really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Bruce is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Horvatic takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
