The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rokusho smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Garcia fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Rokusho lands a lovely overhand right.
Rokusho feints with a jab and clips Garcia right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Garcia is sent crashing into the canvas and Rokusho leaps in for the kill! Garcia tries to get to his feet but Rokusho is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Garcia is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ikki Rokusho!
A relieved looking Ikki Rokusho thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
