Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dommer Jason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jon Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dommer Jason! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jason wants to clinch but Jones slips to the side and Jones counters with a left and a right that stings Jason. Jason darts in trying to clinch and Jones counters with a left and a right that stings Jason. Jason closes the distance and pushes Jones back into the cage. Jason with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Jason misses with a knee strike.
Jason is pressed up against the cage. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jason down to the mat. Jason avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Jason wants to clinch and Jones counters by clinching up. Jason tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Jason throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Jones blocks it with crossed arms. Jason using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jones has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Jason looks winded! Jones manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Jones lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Jason! Jones throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Jones throws some wild stikes that Jason manages to avoid easily.

Jones will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Jason really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jones content just to control the position here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jon Jones. Jason stuffs the takedown attempt from Jones. Jones gets slowly back to his feet. Jones dives in and grabs Jason's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jason pushes down on Jones's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jason tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Jones counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Jones. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jones manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jones is on top in guard.
Jones content to stall in guard here. Jason is breathing heavily. Jones throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jason works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Jason to get to his feet. Dommer Jason seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones lands a head kick. Jason smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Jones plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Jones shoots in for a takedown but Jason shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jones is defended easily by Jason. Jones fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jones has Jason up against the cage in a clinch.

Jones decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jason, up you get! Jones scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Jason displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jones.

Jason closes the distance but Jones moves to the side enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab. Jason tries to clinch but Jones moves away and Jones counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jason won't be happy with that.

Jones digs a right hand underneath Jason's ribcage. Jason let out a lung full of air as it connected. Dommer Jason has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jon Jones is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jones jumps into guard, dragging Jason to the mat.
And that's the end of the fight! Jon Jones showed his dominance in that final round. Well Jones has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
