Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Lorenz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Abbot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lorenz comes to the cage accompanied by Hate Me Now. Frank Abbot will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brandon Lorenz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Abbot! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abbot shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lorenz but Lorenz pushes him off and we're back to square one. Lorenz throws a right hand that Abbot ducks under and follows up with a left that Abbot also avoids with ease. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Lorenz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Abbot. Lorenz throws a wild combination but nothing lands. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Abbot pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Abbot moves in looking to clinch but Lorenz pushes him off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abbot drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Lorenz preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Lorenz is looking to stand up but Abbot isn't so interested in that idea. Lorenz utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Abbot pushes down on Lorenz's leg and manages to get into half guard. Abbot trying to mount his opponent but Lorenz defends it. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Abbot working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Lorenz looks like he's trying to stand up.
Abbot is trying to control the action in half guard but Lorenz is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Lorenz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Abbot on the ground. Abbot trying to pass the guard but Lorenz defending well. Abbot is keen to just control but Lorenz is a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Abbot might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lorenz kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Frank Abbot hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Abbot shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lorenz as he jumps to the side. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lorenz misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Lorenz moves into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Abbot dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Abbot tries to keep at a distance but Lorenz has taken the fight into the clinch. Abbot breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lorenz has managed to clinch.

Lorenz won't allow Abbot to sweep him here. Lorenz trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Abbot manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Abbot lands a nice shot to the head. This has been an exciting period of action! Abbot unloading with bombs! Lorenz is in a horrible position here. Abbot smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Abbot has control of Lorenz's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Lorenz regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abbot landing punches. Abbot trying to control but he's not successful this time. Frank Abbot has got the better of the ground game so far. Abbot with a couple of short strikes. Lorenz tries to buck Abbot off but he can't manage it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Abbot is in the full mount, landing strikes. Lorenz trying desperately to get to his feet.
Abbot can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lorenz is looking to escape. Abbot is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lorenz can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Abbot tries to control but Lorenz wriggling away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Abbot lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Lorenz hang on? Abbot lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
You get the feeling that Lorenz really doesn't like being in this position too much.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Abbot controlling the pace for now. Abbot can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lorenz is looking to escape. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Abbot showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!
Abbot darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Abbot has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Lorenz is trying to stand.
Abbot is figuring out what he wants to do next. Abbot trying to mount his opponent but Lorenz defends it. Abbot is nestled in close to Lorenz, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abbot wants to control but Lorenz is keeping him busy. Abbot is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lorenz defends it well. Abbot passes to side control. Lorenz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lorenz is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Lorenz takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Abbot tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Abbot has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Abbot wants to control but Lorenz is keeping him busy. Lorenz is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Abbot has just dragged him back down to the mat. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Abbot looks up at the clock and then as Lorenz takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Abbot smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Abbot decides to stand back up. Abbot steps back and let's Lorenz get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Abbot drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Abbot's corner is telling him to maintain position. Let's hope that Abbot has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Abbot prevents Lorenz from getting back to his feet. Lorenz keeping moving, preventing Abbot from controlling successfully. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Frank Abbot wasn't active enough on the ground. Lorenz fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
And that's the end of the fight! Frank Abbot comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Abbot winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
