The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Dmitry Maklakov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels moves into the clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Costas wants to break the clinch but can't.
Daniels is trying to trip Costas. He has hold of a leg but Costas is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Daniels persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Daniels has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Daniels is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Miquel Costas hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Costas throws a right hand that Daniels ducks under and follows up with a left that Daniels also avoids with ease.
Costas shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Daniels sprawls well. Daniels wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Costas gets slowly back to his feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Robert Daniels.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Daniels, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
