Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marvin Zaha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shannon Khoury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zaha comes into the arena with RAWR blaring out of the sound system. Shannon Khoury has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaha wants to clinch.
Zaha throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Khoury tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Zaha just stands there and leans against the cage.

Zaha breaks from the clinch.

Khoury pivots, looking for a leg kick but Zaha is out of range and Khoury settles back down.
A solid leg kick lands there for Zaha.

Zaha throws a sloppy head kick and Khoury moves out of range easily.

Zaha closes the distance and clinches.
Khoury blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Khoury wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Zaha fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Khoury, pushing him back against the cage.
Khoury jumps guard but Zaha stands there with Khoury around his waist. Khoury gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Zaha fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Khoury.
Khoury tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Zaha clinches.

and Khoury counters with a good low kick that Zaha was not able to check.
