Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Mr Planet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Volg Zangief (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Planet comes to the ring accompanied by 2001. Volg Zangief is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mr Planet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Volg Zangief!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zangief looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Planet keeps the fight on the outside.
Zangief tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Planet manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Planet tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Planet misses with a double jab.
Planet scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Zangief to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.
Zangief is rocked!
It looks like Volg Zangief has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Planet throws a nice looking combination but Zangief bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Zangief is still on wobbly legs! Can Planet finish him?
Planet knocks out Zangief with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Planet before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Planet picks up the big W with a huge KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mr Planet!
