Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Biff Biffman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Biffman comes to the cage accompanied by Bike. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davidson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Biffman throws a nice looking combination but Davidson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Davidson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Biffman fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Davidson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Davidson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Biffman is just riding it out for now. Davidson eventually gives up the hold.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Biff Biffman will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Davidson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Davidson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Biffman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Davidson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Biffman's back instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Davidson looking to break Biffman's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Biffman remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Davidson will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
