The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jarvela lands an overhand right.
Jarvela lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Jarvela leaves Kuusivirta with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jarvela throws a series of strikes that have Kuusivirta backpedaling.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A combination from Jarvela does no damage.
Jarvela throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jarvela's corner calls for a 1-2. Jarvela obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Jarvela lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kuusivirta at a distance.
Kuusivirta misses with a takedown attempt
and Jarvela makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Oooooh!!! Jarvela has knocked Kuusivirta down with a huge combo! Jarvela steps away and waves a wobbly Kuusivirta back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Kuusivirta is rocked!
Jarvela drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Kuusivirta's head, knocking him out cold! Jarvela is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
