Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Ganso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johan Toan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ganso kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Dont stop Believing. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Johan Toan was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ganso shoots in for a double leg but Toan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ganso shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Toan manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Toan wants to control the position but Ganso says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

Ganso looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Toan is kicking away at Ganso from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Ganso grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a heel hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with Toan trying to push Ganso off... Toan taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
