And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Markku dives in and scores a takedown into Ferrat's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Markku tries to free his leg and advance position but Ferrat is retaining full guard.
Markku stops Ferrat from standing up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Markku landing with the ground and pound.
Ferrat wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Ferrat is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Markku postures up and lands a big shot to Ferrat's brow.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Markku accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Markku drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ferrat dives on top into guard.
Ferrat tries to stand but Markku is controlling from the bottom.
Markku looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Ferrat is defending well. Markku quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Ferrat has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Markku celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Aarrearkku Markku!
Aarrearkku Markku gave a mention to Demonic Clothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
