The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jucci tries a low kick but Vitonen avoids it.
Jucci takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Vitonen on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Jucci scores with a decent looking hook.
Vitonen turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Vitonen sizes up Jucci with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jucci lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Jucci lands a big right hand that sends Vitonen crashing to the mat! Jucci stays standing though and waves Vitonen back to his feet!

Jucci fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Vitonen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Oh Vitonen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jucci is looking to score with low kicks.
Jucci misses with a straight right.
Vitonen seems to have got his legs back now.
Vitonen missing with a left hand there. Jucci was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Jucci cracks Vitonen with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jucci has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Vitonen to stand back up!

Jucci uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Vitonen.

Jucci punishes Vitonen's body with a nice straight punch.
Vitonen is breathing heavily.
Vitonen throws a sloppy head kick and Jucci moves out of range easily.
Jucci fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vitonen manages to avoid it.
Vitonen scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Sloppy strikes from Vitonen. Those never looked like landing.
Vitonen throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jucci counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Jucci feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Vitonen sprawling to the canvas! Vitonen rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jucci finish him?!
Jucci fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Vitonen out cold! Brutal finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Hunks Jucci!
Hunks Jucci is the new heavyweight champion!
After winning the bout, Hunks Jucci thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
