Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romeiro shoots in for a takedown but Bowens shows good takedown defense.

and Bowens counters with a single leg into guard. Romeiro didn't expect that.
Bowens has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Bowens misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bowens, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
