Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cevada Bacon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohsin Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bacon throws a leg kick but Ali sees it coming and moves out of range.
Bacon shoots in for a takedown but Ali shows good takedown defense.
Bacon shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bacon showed some decent athleticism there.

Bacon throws the kick towards the body but Ali avoids it.

Bacon feints and as Ali raises his hands in defense, Bacon changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ali is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bacon is controlling him.
Bacon postures up and lands a big shot to Ali's brow.

Bacon's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Bacon throws a hook but Ali avoids it easily.

Bacon turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Bacon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ali leaves Bacon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
