Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lax BroMan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tachi Tapoypoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

BroMan throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Tapoypoy blocks it with crossed arms.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
BroMan is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

BroMan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Lax BroMan has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
BroMan tries for a takedown but Tapoypoy sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Tapoypoy stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tapoypoy wants it to stay on the feet.

BroMan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tapoypoy as he avoids it easily.
BroMan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tapoypoy circles away.

Tapoypoy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Tapoypoy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
BroMan shoots in for a takedown but Tapoypoy shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Tapoypoy shoots in and drives through. BroMan sprawls well.

BroMan gets the takedown into side control.
Tapoypoy is pushing BroMan's head away, looking to escape. BroMan manages to hold on to the position though.
BroMan fails to land a wild elbow strike.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Tapoypoy is trying to control BroMan's posture but BroMan avoids it.
BroMan controls the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lax BroMan dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Tapoypoy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. BroMan swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Tapoypoy has gone for a leg lock! BroMan slips out almost immediately though and dives into Tapoypoy's guard.

BroMan seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
