Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Muhammad Alkhanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Casob Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Casob Davis told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Muhammad Alkhanov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Casob Davis!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alkhanov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Davis shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Alkhanov is trying to defend but Davis finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Alkhanov wants to improve his position but Davis is controlling well.
Davis looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Alkhanov is looking to improve his position.
Davis throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Davis passes to side control.
Davis decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Alkhanov wants to clinch
and Davis counters with a stiff right hand.
Davis gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Alkhanov misses with a knee to the head.
Alkhanov takes an elbow to the temple.
Davis turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Davis manages to end up in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Alkhanov is looking for a sweep.
Davis stands up and beckons Alkhanov to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Davis lunges at Alkhanov with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Alkhanov's hand.
Alkhanov is breathing heavily.
Davis shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Davis was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Alkhanov is rocked!
Davis working the ground and pound effectively.
Oh Alkhanov is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Davis stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Alkhanov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Davis fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Alkhanov looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Davis closes the distance looking for a takedown. Davis picks Alkhanov up and slams him brutally to the floor. Alkhanov is out! He's out cold! Wow, you don't see a finish like that every day!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Casob Davis!
