Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Baramari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baramari comes to the cage accompanied by WOODKID - Iron. Kelly is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Black Belt Jones Theme Song, you Jive Turkey!. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
29 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bob Baramari! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jim Kelly! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baramari tries to work over Kelly's front leg with a kick but Kelly checks it. Baramari throws a low kick, looking for Kelly's leg but Kelly calmly moves out of range. Baramari moves into the clinch. Baramari tries to work over Kelly's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Baramari pushes Kelly back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Baramari lands a knee to the body.
Baramari breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Baramari tried to score with a low kick but Kelly checks it. Baramari throws a leg kick and Kelly counters with a leg kick. Kelly takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kelly looks to land a combination but Baramari avoids it well. Kelly ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Baramari moves away. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Baramari misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Kelly. Baramari tries to keep at a distance but Kelly has taken the fight into the clinch. Kelly working some nice short punches in the clinch. Kelly tries to land knees in the clinch but Baramari avoids the damage to the body. Kelly lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Baramari breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kelly. Baramari does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baramari scores with a nice body kick.
Baramari misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kelly clobbers Baramari with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Bob Baramari has been cut. Kelly scoring well with a low kick there.
Baramari is breathing heavily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Baramari throws a front kick aimed at Kelly's knee but Kelly avoids it well. Baramari throws a chopping leg kick but Kelly manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Kelly avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Baramari thuds his right hand into Kelly's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Kelly tries a head kick but it misses.
Kelly delivers a nice body kick. Kelly lets loose with a powerful body kick. Baramari will feel that in the morning. Kelly cracks the inside of Baramari's front leg. Kelly lands a left and a right that send Baramari crashing to the mat, dazed. Kelly thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Baramari is rocked! Kelly misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Baramari.
Baramari takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Kelly misses with a two punch combination.
A lazy body kick from Baramari and Kelly counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Kelly looks at the referee who does nothing so Kelly lands a crushing right that sends Baramari to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jim Kelly! Jim Kelly decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
