Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jimmy Gotti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jordan Graham!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gotti ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Graham moves away.
Jordan Graham seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gotti misses with a head kick.
Graham stalks Gotti and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gotti's face. Gotti staggers backwards, shaken.
Gotti throws a nice looking combination but Graham bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Gotti thows a body shot but no joy.
Sloppy strikes from Gotti. Those never looked like landing.
Graham throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Gotti slips under a jab.
Jab from Graham.
Graham swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Graham misses with a double jab.
Gotti with a nice cross.
Gotti throws a right and a left that both miss.
Graham avoids the head kick by Gotti.
Sloppy strikes from Graham. Those never looked like landing.
Gotti throws a low kick but Graham moves out of range easily.
Nice uppercut there from Gotti.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Donk. Graham catches Gotti right on the button with a cross.
Graham changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Graham fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Gotti on the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gotti closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Gotti misses with the combination.
Gotti takes one to the side of the head.
Graham lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Gotti is rocked!
Gotti takes a swing at Graham's ribcage but misses.
Graham changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
BOOM! Graham lands a beautiful left hook that drops Gotti. Gotti tries to recover but Graham is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Gotti lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jordan Graham!
A relieved looking Jordan Graham thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
