Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dimi King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohandes Ghandi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Ghandi's choice of entrance music: Am I Demon. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dimi King! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mohandes Ghandi! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King throws out a loose jab but Ghandi uses good head movement to avoid it. Ghandi takes a jab right on the kisser.
It looks like Mohandes Ghandi has been cut. King throws an overhand right that lands on Ghandi's shoulder, as Ghandi tries to avoid the shot. King misses with a straight left. King is looking to clinch but Ghandi is avoiding it.
Dimi King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ghandi showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from King.
King throws a jab when Ghandi was well out of range. King throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ghandi stuffs the takedown attempt from King. King gets slowly back to his feet. Ghandi fails to land the takedown. King misses with a looping left. Dimi King is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Ghandi moves out of range of the strikes. Ghandi doesn't manage to clinch there - King circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. King looks to land a body kick but Ghandi moved away. Ghandi keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

King darts in trying to clinch and Ghandi counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ghandi chips away with some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ghandi slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. King knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ghandi on the ground. Ghandi misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Ghandi misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
That's four minutes gone in the round. King tries to escape but Ghandi is in control. Ghandi tries to move to full mount but King actually manages to regain half guard. Ghandi stops King from getting back to his feet.
Ghandi is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. King doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ghandi. Ghandi thows a huge punch but King dodges it nicely.
Ghandi is looking for a kimura here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Dimi King will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Mohandes Ghandi's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
King throws a big shot that misses. King is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Jab from King. King swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ghandi counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Ghandi. Ghandi connects with a nasty looking knee right to King's face.
Ghandi tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. King just stands there and leans against the cage. King is looking to break free of the clinch but Ghandi has double underhooks.

Ghandi is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Ghandi manages to break the clinch.
King looks to land a right hand but Ghandi moved out of range. King looks to land a combination but Ghandi avoids it well. King throws a right and a left that Ghandi avoids nicely. King stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. King lands with a cross.
That has opened up Mohandes Ghandi's cut even more. Ghandi moves out of range as King strikes. King misses with a looping right. King throws out a loose jab but Ghandi uses good head movement to avoid it. King thows a left - swing and a miss! King clinches but Ghandi breaks the clinch and Ghandi counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in King's guard now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. King utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Ghandi has gone for a leg lock! King slips out almost immediately though and dives into Ghandi's guard. Ghandi looking for a sweep. Not yet Ghandi, not yet. Ghandi has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ghandi looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but King puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Ghandi is looking for a sweep. King is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ghandi can do anything to dispel that myth. Ghandi works his way to full guard. Good work. Ghandi is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's four minutes gone in the round. King controls the pace of the fight for a moment. King has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Ghandi had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. King is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Ghandi Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take King's back instead. Ghandi missing with strikes. Ghandi working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Ghandi punches the canvas rather than the man. Ghandi is looking for the choke from the back position but King is controlling his hands well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

King misses with a leg kick and Ghandi counters with a single leg into guard. King didn't expect that. Ghandi thows a big elbow that misses. Ghandi is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! King is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! King has escaped and now he's on top! Ghandi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but King can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Ghandi manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Ghandi raining down shots from the mount! King's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Ghandi goes for an armbar but King turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from King. Ghandi is looking for a triangle but King pushes his legs off easily.
Ghandi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. King doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. King manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Ghandi takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King tries to stand but Ghandi is controlling from the bottom. Ghandi looking for a guillotine here but King defends easily.
King wants to stand but Ghandi has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Ghandi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. King gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. King trying to stand up but can't free himself from Ghandi's guard. Ghandi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. King manages to get himself to full guard.
Ghandi trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ghandi prevents King from getting back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Ghandi postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! King is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ghandi, into his guard. Ghandi wants to sweep but no luck. Mohandes Ghandi has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ghandi is looking for a triangle here but King uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
King decides to take the fight back to the feet. King misses with the combination.
And that's the end of the fight! Mohandes Ghandi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think King has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
