Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karlsson misses with an uppercut. Panek saw that one coming.
Panek has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Karlsson finds it's way round the side to connect with Panek's head.
Karlsson tries a head kick but it misses.
Panek fails with a takedown attempt.
Panek gets the takedown into side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Karlsson is pushing Panek's head away, looking to escape. Panek manages to hold on to the position though.
Karlsson seems a little lost for a moment, as Panek dominates the positioning.
Karlsson is trying to improve his position.
A lull in the action here.
Karlsson reaches up around Panek's neck trying to control. But Panek takes advantage instantly and he's locked on an arm triangle! Big trouble for Karlsson! Oh that looks nasty! A human being's head is not meant to turn that color! Karlsson is out! He's gone limp! The ref steps in to break the fighters up and Panek celebrates the victory with the fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Waclaw Panek!
A relieved looking Waclaw Panek thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
