Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Douglas Quaid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Simms (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simms looks to land a combination but Quaid avoids it well.
Simms scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Quaid stuck in half guard on the bottom here.
Simms fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Quaid dodges the ground and pound from Simms.
Quaid tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Simms wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Quaid manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Simms is trying to control. Quaid wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Quaid is looking for a sweep. Simms is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Quaid is trying to control but can't.
Quaid keeping hold of Simms's head, controlling as best he can.
Simms blocks the strikes from Quaid.
Quaid trying to control from the bottom.
Simms looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Quaid is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Simms has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Quaid defend it? Simms steps over the head and cranks it - Quaid is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Simms!
