The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stenner dives in and scores a takedown into Black's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Stenner drops back looking for a leg! Black is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Black manages to kick Stenner off! Stenner jumps back into Black's guard.
Stenner working some strikes from top position.
Black trying to keep a closed guard but Stenner is proving a slippery customer.
Stenner prevents Black from getting back to his feet.
Black is trying to keep Stenner in close.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Black can do anything to dispel that myth.

Stenner slips nicely into half guard.
Stenner is working for a submission of some sort.

Black is looking to control Stenner's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Black avoid being mounted?
Black is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Stenner has latched onto it... Big trouble! Stenner pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Black is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Stenner!
