Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dante Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Mclane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Mclane will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Ryoma Takatsuka and Colin Fray.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane throws out a loose jab but Mclane uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mclane throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kane sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Mclane rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kane moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mclane shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kane connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Kane displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mclane throws out the jab.

Mclane is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That was a close round but I would say that Dante Kane will probably get the nod.

Mclane changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kane tries to avoid it but Mclane manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kane to the ground. Kane escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
