The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Pitt counters with a good, hard body kick but Rose shrugs it off.

Rose digs a good body shot into Pitt's ribs.
No joy there for Rose, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pitt takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

and Pitt counters with a left to the body.
Pitt fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Rose throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Pitt throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pitt takes a swing at Rose's ribcage but misses.
Pitt throws a series of punches but Rose moves out of range.
Rose lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hunter Rose seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rose scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Pitt lands a body shot.
Rose lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pitt circles away quickly and effectively.
Pitt moves out of range as Rose throws a body kick.

Pitt uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Rose.
Pitt scores with a jab to the body.
Rose pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

and Pitt counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Pitt throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Pitt sizes up Rose with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Pitt avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Pitt connects with a body shot that sends Rose's belly button to the back.
Rose bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pitt's head backwards.
The crowd cheers as Rose lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pitt doesn't seem phased though.

Pitt is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Rose rather than just go for the knockout.
