Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Joakim.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Joakim.
Joakim misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Onkel Joakim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
White avoids the head kick by Joakim.
Joakim leaves White with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Joakim lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
White takes a swing at Joakim's ribcage but misses.
White throws a shot from downtown. Joakim moves away and avoids it.
Joakim throws a one two combo.

Joakim sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks White to the ground! Joakim dives into full mount looking to finish!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

White reaches up and holds on to Joakim to control the position.
White seems to have recovered his senses.
White is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Joakim can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as White is looking to escape.
White wants to control but Joakim is having none of it.
White sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
White is trying is best to control the position here.
Joakim knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for White on the ground.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Joakim throws a nice looking combination but White bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Onkel Joakim is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
White takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Joakim looks for the body kick but White saw that one coming.
White shoots for a double leg takedown but Joakim sprawls well. He's pushed White's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Joakim throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Joakim scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Joakim throws a series of punches but White avoids them all with ease.

White darts in and clinches Joakim up against the cage.
White has had enough of the clinch but Joakim keeps him there for the moment.
Joakim managing to block the knees to the body from White.

Joakim escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
White has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Joakim.
Joakim scores with a hook to the body. White takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Joakim scores with a jab to the jaw.
Joakim throws a nice outside leg kick.
White shoots in looking for a takedown but Joakim manages to keep the fight standing, pushing White's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Onkel Joakim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Douglas White.
White dives in and grabs Joakim's left leg, looking for a takedown. Joakim pushes down on White's head and hops out.
White looks winded!
Joakim lands a brutal head kick. White looks out on his feet and Joakim throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
