Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nelli Kuukeri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Mullard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nelli Kuukeri!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
17 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Andre Mullard!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mullard shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kuukeri counters with a slapping leg kick.
Mullard closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Mullard lands in his opponent's guard.

Kuukeri is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Mullard is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kuukeri manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Mullard manages to get himself to full guard.

Kuukeri postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Mullard pushes Kuukeri off and scrambles back to his feet.
Mullard ducks right into an uppercut from Kuukeri.
Kuukeri fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mullard has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Kuukeri clobbers Mullard with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Mullard misses with a leg kick
and Kuukeri connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mullard fails with the takedown
letting Kuukeri counter with a right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Horrible takedown by Kuukeri or perhaps it was just good defense by Mullard which made him look bad.
Mullard cracks Kuukeri with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Mullard drives through with a takedown into guard.
Mullard passes Kuukeri's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Kuukeri is trying to stand.
Kuukeri looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Mullard works his way into full mount!
Kuukeri tries to reverse the position but Mullard maintains control.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kuukeri is working hard here to advance position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mullard is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kuukeri can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Kuukeri is working to get back to half guard.
Mullard lands a big shot there that rocks Kuukeri but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kuukeri is rocked!
Mullard cracks Kuukeri with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andre Mullard!
After the big win, Andre Mullard made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Fossington & Blythe: Gentlemen's Fight Attire and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
