Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jean LeSac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Butch Coolidge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Butch Coolidge will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jean LeSac! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Butch Coolidge! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coolidge looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Horrible takedown by Coolidge or perhaps it was just good defense by LeSac which made him look bad. Coolidge will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. LeSac darts in and clinches Coolidge up against the cage. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from LeSac. Coolidge fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Coolidge tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. LeSac just stands there and leans against the cage. Coolidge tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

LeSac has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Coolidge is trying to keep an underhook but LeSac manages to get the takedown into half guard. LeSac moves into full mount! Coolidge bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as LeSac holds on and takes a little breather. Coolidge wants to get up but he can't break LeSac's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Coolidge drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Coolidge jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. LeSac is working the butterfly guard. The ref calls for Coolidge to stand up. LeSac shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. LeSac trying to control but Coolidge is having none of it. LeSac seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Coolidge does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
