Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rogers Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirsad Vranic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Nelson closes the distance and clinches.

Nelson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Vranic has him pressed against the cage.

Vranic tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Nelson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Nelson lands with an uppercut that bounces Vranic off the cage and back into range.

Nelson rushes Vranic and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Vranic tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nelson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Vranic throws a hook but Nelson avoids it easily.

Vranic tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nelson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Nelson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Nelson counters with a crisp one two that drops Vranic! Nelson thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Vranic to his feet! Vranic is in big trouble!

Nelson batters Vranic with a massive right followed by a huge left! Vranic is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Nelson lands a final crushing right hand to drop Vranic to the mat with a gruesome thud! Nelson is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!

A relieved looking Rogers Nelson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
