Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Esko Majava (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akira Azuma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Majava pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Azuma shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Majava manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Majava wants to stand up but Azuma is controlling him.

Majava has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Azuma can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Azuma accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Akira Azuma comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Azuma has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
